Thank you Kylie for the great starts to my week (during the group Calm Collective). Spending time with your guidance, listening to my body, feeling what was going on and being to name it, see it, recognise it, has helped me at the time and and also at other times during the week. Using breathwork and acceptance to allow me to move through stressful times (we all have them!) has really shifted my energy. Your authentic, calm and friendly nature is a pleasure to be around.
