A Group Coaching Program For Women In Business
13th September – 3rd December 2021
EXPAND is a 12 week group coaching program for female small business owners who want more clarity, calm and connection.
Designed around 3 core pillars of Wellbeing, Mindset & Business, this group will help to give you:
More of what you want (time, energy, self care, results), and
Less of what’s not working (thought patterns that aren’t helping you to progress, endless busyness, no time for you).
This 12 week program has 3 x core 2 hour workshops to anchor it. This means we do a deep dive once a month on each pillar during a 2 hour virtual workshop. Additional to that, you have access to a private facebook group for communication, sharing your wins and learnings and for accountability. Also we will have facebook Lives with me once a week (either join Live or watch the replay) on topics that relate to the 3 Pillars, including extra resources, tips and suggestions. All without overwhelming you, being too tricky to keep on top of, or leaving you feel like you’ve failed because you couldn’t get through everything.
Designed around my 3 core pillars of Wellbeing, Mindset & Business, my group offers you:
3 x 2 hour online workshops (ie 1 each month: Sept; Oct; Nov) on one of the Core Pillars of Wellbeing, Mindset, Business
Facebook Lives each week with additional resources, ideas, suggestions, meditations, etc which you can join Live or watch when it suits you
A private Facebook group for you to share wins, ask questions, connect, be accountable and champion others (who will also champion you!)
A space for you to get feedback from others on business ideas, share openly and just be free to be you
A dinner halfway through the program to see your buddies face to face, connect & a few little extra delights 🙂

I feel Kylie’s coaching is striking, 100% and warm. Her philosophy and practice is innovative and effective. Kylie made me realize that taking time for myself does not mean that I am selfish and it’s ok to just be present within yourself rather than spread yourself to please others.
